E-Gift Card

Welcome to VIVEH Shop! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of VIVEH Shop's Digital Gift Cards, which can be purchased and redeemed on our online platform. By purchasing and using our Gift Cards, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. DIGITAL GIFT CARDS:

・ VIVEH Shop Gift Cards are digital, electronic gift cards and do not have a physical form.
・ The Gift Cards can be purchased and used exclusively on the VIVEH Shop website.

2. GIFT CARD USAGE:

・ The value of the Gift Card can be used to make purchases of products available on VIVEH Shop's website.
・ Gift Cards can be used to pay for the entire order amount or as a partial payment, with the remaining balance to be covered by other accepted payment methods.

3. EXPIRY DATE:

・ VIVEH Shop Gift Cards are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
・ It is your responsibility to use the Gift Card within this timeframe. Any unused balance on the Gift Card will expire after this period.

4. GIFT CARD DELIVERY:

・ Upon purchase of a Gift Card, you will receive an email to the address provided during the purchase process.
・ This email will contain the Gift Card code, which you or the recipient can use for future purchases on VIVEH Shop.

5. LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS:

・ VIVEH Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards.
・ Protect the Gift Card code as you would with cash, as it is your responsibility to ensure its safekeeping.

6. REFUNDS:

・ If you request a refund for a purchase made with a Gift Card, the refund amount will be issued back to the same Gift Card.
・ VIVEH Shop does not provide cash refunds for purchases made with Gift Cards.

7. GIFT CARD BALANCES:

・ You can check the balance of your Gift Card at any time by visiting our website and entering the Gift Card code during the checkout process.

8. TRANSFERABILITY:

VIVEH Shop Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
They are intended for personal use only.

9. LIMITATIONS:

・ Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other VIVEH Shop Gift Cards.
・ Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional codes, discounts, or other special offers, unless explicitly stated.

10. COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS:

・ VIVEH Shop reserves the right to refuse service, terminate or suspend a Gift Card, or alter these terms and conditions if any fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.

11. UPDATES TO TERMS:

・ VIVEH Shop may update these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time. The most recent version will be available on our website.
