As long as the purchased items are immediately available, the orders placed before 15h CET will be fulfilled the same day. Any order placed after 15h CET will be shipped out the next business day. If a product isn’t immediately available the product page will clearly state so.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping in the Netherlands for orders with value of €150 or more, EU & UK for orders with value €200/£200 or more, as well as orders going to the USA valued $300 or more.

Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands, EU. Therefore, any order shipped to a non-EU country will incur the local customs and import fees that will be charged to the recipient additionally. These are paid by the customer at the moment of delivery or when the package reaches the local country's customs office.

The amount charged depends on each country's customs and import laws. We suggest checking with the local customs office an estimated fee before placing an order just so there are no surprises.

For packages within BELENUX up to 10 KG we work together with DHL Parcel. Besides reliable delivery, DHL Parcel aims to reduce CO2 emissions to zero. Since the end of 2021, DHL Parcel has the largest electric fleet in the Netherlands and in 2025 the last kilometres to the consumer will be emission free. Please note that DHL Parcel does not include signature for receipt and insurance
