The book stands as a love letter to the body in all its fluctuations: as it is, as it was and as it can be. An embrace of folds, wrinkles and textures, constantly shifting and growing—just like the person existing beneath.

We people can be incredibly harsh and unforgiving when it comes to appearance. But, like nature, we grow stronger through change. Like the seasons or an aging tree. Our bodies are no different, and we should celebrate their beauty more, at any shape.”
